The winners of the national, international and best movie on a budget competitions will be presented during the closing evening. The audience will vote for the best movies during the festival and will be the sole judge for these categories. The winner of a lifetime Courts Mais Trash ticket will also be announced. The winning directors will each receive 500 EUR from our partner Sabam for Culture, as well as a prize made by Brussels-based artist Denis Druart. A prize will exceptionally be awarded to the best Belgian film by the Belgian Film Press Union.
This emotionally-charged screening will also be the opportunity to rewatch former awarded movies, a best of compilation, “the best of the best” of independent cinema.
